LOS ANGELES – Chris Brown was taken into custody on Friday and will be held without bond. This comes after the singer’s trouble with Rihanna back in 2009. The warrant was issued by probation officials in Los Angeles, California.
Law enforcement officials said Chris was ‘cooperative’ when he was handcuffed at a Malibu treatment facility where he had been staying and transported to a jail facility located in downtown LA.
The judge ruled Chris out from rehab “for failure to comply with rules and regulations of the program.”
Chris violated his probation in the 2009 assault Rihanna case and the sentence behind bars could be up to 4 years.
