CALIFORNIA — The Mexican-American rapper and actor is back with a new studio album. If you know who Lil Rob is, you probably know him from his 2005 successful album Twelve Eighteen, Pt. 1. The album spawned a billboard hit single titled “Summer Nights“, which peaked at #36 and stayed active for 14 weeks.

Throughout his music career, Lil Rob has collaborated with numerous mainstream artists such as Pitbull, J.Cole, The Game, Ludacris, Paul Wall, E-40, Ice Cube and even Flo Rida.

Lil Rob played a big role in the whole Chicano rap community and is considered one of the most commercially successful Chicano rappers ever.

Lil Rob is back, this time with a new album called “R.I.P (Recording In Process)”. The album is scheduled for release on May 27th, 2014. The Chicano rap industry is currently on the down side and we hope that Lil Rob can make something big happen in the coming weeks.
