You can also take fennel leaves, cardamom and mint leaves together, boil them to make a concoction; it will really help you get rid of that gastric issue.

Poultry can be boiled, grilled or baked but make sure that the skin is removed as it can cause acidity because of high fat content. People with acidity problem should avoid fried poultry items.

Coconut water is just like simple water. It contains potassium, magnesium, copper, antioxidants and other minerals. It’s low in calories. Regular intake of coconut water will completely vanish the heartburn problems. Coconut is high in naturally occurring electrolytes and is therefore alkaline in nature, as a result providing the body with proper pH balance.
