Poultry can be boiled, grilled or baked but make sure that the skin is removed as it can cause acidity because of high fat content. People with acidity problem should avoid fried poultry items.

Regular intake of coconut water will completely vanish the heartburn problems. Coconut is high in naturally occurring electrolytes and is therefore alkaline in nature, as a result providing the body with proper pH balance.
